Each Christian has a calling to glorify God. God has a story he wants to tell about you and your worship team and he is looking for true worshippers. It gets written as you agree to gather in faith and seek Him for the relationships and vision to care for one another and see Gods kingdom expand in the gospel. The purpose of coaching is to refine us with new wisdom, character and skill sets to glorify God. Coaching is a wisdom-based plan and we can map out where you want to grow to. An experienced football coach looks at a player and their strengths and weaknesses and develops methods, drills and disciplines to enhance the potential they have to achieve greater things than alone.

Group Coaching
For building teams, songwriting camps, vision and team excersises to create unity.
Every worship community has to consider building a relational community to pray and do life together. There are challenges along the way and sometimes this has never been a value in the pastorate for musicians or is new to this idea. We do retreats, workshops for worship team resets, healing retreats, prayer retreats, songwriting seminars, vision building sessions and challenges for ministry groups. Reach out for more info.
